If your order consists of products that are not available for collect (ie. not currently available in your selected location or out of stock in that location) we will contact you to advise you of any delays in your collection time. Alternatively, please contact us and we can have the outstanding items shipped to your preferred location.
Click and Collect Orders can be picked up from one of our 32 locations around Australia.
To confirm a Click & Collect order, simply select 'Pickup In Store' from the Checkout page. We will contact you shortly after placing your order to confirm the pickup information.
Please Note - The locations listed below carry our range of ceiling fans, downlights and floodlights. Orders including items outside this range can be shipped to the store to be collected once available.
