- You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Clever Life Pty Ltd integrate delivery (the ' Delivery Services') through the use of third party delivery companies (the ' Delivery Service Providers').
- Some long distance or remote shipping zones will not qualify for 'Free Shipping Over $100'.
- Bulky items over 7kg do not qualify for Free Shipping
- Clever Life can provide the shipping and tracking information to the purchaser upon request.
- The estimated delivery times are based on warehouse dispatch within 2 business days of purchase. Clever Life reserve the right to delay dispatch from warehouse if required, under which circumstance the purchaser will be notified of the delay.
- In providing the Purchase Services, Clever Life Pty Ltd may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Clever Life Pty Ltd is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
- In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services (photographic evidence will be required), Clever Life Pty Ltd asks that you contact the delivery Service Provider directly at the first instance. If left unresolved please contact Clever Life, we will endeavour to resolve the issue or lodge a claim on any insurance options available.
- If the product is damaged on delivery - Contact us by sending an email to email@example.com outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit (include photos where possible) so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.

Please Note - returned deliveries due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address, or items returned for non collection will incur an extra fee - this will also cause shipping delays. It is important check your delivery address is correct including any unit numbers, floor level number, company / shop name etc before confirming your order.
